Module Overview

This module examines crimes that involve the unlawful taking, destruction, or invasion of property. Through the assigned readings, you will explore how criminal law distinguishes among burglary, robbery, larceny, fraud, arson, and related offenses. Particular attention is given to how intent, method of entry, use of force, and deception shape the classification and severity of property crimes.
